DIY Inspiration: Jil Sander “Paper” Lunch Bag

April 21, 2012 § Leave a comment

Firstly I want to address why I placed quotation marks on the word “paper” in the title. I simply did this because I think this DIY inspiration could be made from different materials. Leather for instance would be a suitable choice, maybe even some sort of heavy canvas. I simply want to point out that I have never used any type of paper bag to carry my lunch with me to school as a child (metal lunch boxes FTW). But I think “paper” bags have become socially acceptable to use for my age group. This lunch bag is so simple, which makes it so attractive, especially for DIYers. Now the only thing left for me to do is to decide what type of material to use and what color it will be.
